Announcement of Opening the Nomination Period for Membership of the Board of Directors of Trolley General Trading Company (K.S.C.P.)

The Board of Directors of Trolley General Trading Company (K.S.C.P) hereby announces the opening of the nomination period for membership of the Board of Directors for the purpose of electing one additional Board member to serve for the remainder of the current Board’s term.

Candidates wishing to nominate themselves for membership of the Board of Directors, who meet the applicable nomination requirements stipulated under Law No. 7 of 2010 regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulation of Securities Activities, as amended, the Companies Law, and the instructions of the relevant regulatory authorities, are requested to submit their nomination applications via email to t.shalabi@trolley.com.kw.

Nomination applications will be accepted starting from Thursday, 17 September 2026, for a period of one month.

Each candidate is required to submit a letter expressing their intention to nominate themselves and provide the following:

Curriculum vitae and academic qualifications.

A statement indicating the number and dates of their membership on the boards of directors of shareholding companies, as well as the committees on which they have served.

A statement of the shareholding companies in which they currently hold board memberships, as well as companies in whose management or ownership they participate, or companies that conduct activities similar to those of the Company.

A Criminal Status Certificate issued by the General Department of Criminal Evidence at the Ministry of Interior.

A letter of authorization from the candidate authorizing the Company to request a “To Whom It May Concern” certificate from the Capital Markets Authority confirming the candidate’s sound legal standing.
